Whether you want full or partial service, if you’re a BLOOMS client it means you LOVE flowers and you really want to enjoy the planning process - we know that because we LOVE flowers and really want you to enjoy the planning process.


Hybrid Design

This option works well for all budget ranges. If you’re budget is under $4,000, we will probably direct you here. We look to incorporate personal details, focus the budget towards those high impact pieces, fill the space with decor and unique focal points that will create a cohesive and intentional design.

  • We will create a custom design combining elements of our previous “a-la-carte” options and our most popular beLOVED packages

  • This option does not include a floral mock up

Beloved Packages

These are the most popular package options. They fit well for budgets from $4,000-$8,000+ with needs that are pretty straightforward and very flowery. The end result is guided by each clients' unique personal style, anywhere on the spectrum from modern and monochromatic to vibrant and whimsical.  We have a love for it all and we promise there will be so many flowers. All quantities and overall designs are totally customizable and allocate for full ceremony design and personal flowers. The main differences are:

  • “Dreamy” includes centerpieces that are all deconstructed/bud vase and candle focused.

  • “Pure” focuses on classic low and lush centerpieces for all guest tables.

  • “Elevated” incorporates multiple centerpiece styles for different height and movement around the reception space and bulks up the design at ceremony and welcome/cocktail hour. BLOOMS is a bit more hands on with the overall design and can offer extra decor rentals and larger installations.

  • These packages include a final floral mock up meeting prior to the event date.

Full Service

This service is for our clients who love a grand design, elevating the details for this one special event and making it an indulgent and grand experience for their guests and themselves. Budgets for this flower realm usually start around $12,000+. With this increased budget range we have more options for customized ceremony and reception structures, installations to transform a tented lawn or create an over the top entrance, on and on - this service is for the client who wants a space transformed and fully customized to their unique story. We’re here to advise on everything from stationary suites to seating and linens to lighting. Taking inspiration from your favorite interior design styles, personal fashion, culture, and travel we look forward to creating a unique sense of place for you and your guests.

  • These packages include a final floral mock up meeting prior to the event date.

 

With booking any of these services you’ll receive:

  • a custom design deck

  • a ceremony digital mock up

  • client portal to track floral all design references, files, payments, and workflows.

  • a design team for setting up ceremony and reception spaces as well as delivery of all personal flowers to the bridal party

  • a pick up crew to gather all rentals and dispose of left over floral for the end of the event

  • access to our classic tabletop rentals and accent decor

  • a mid point call and final in person mock up meeting *(for beloved and full service clients, not included in all hybrid/a-la-carte options)

  • access to schedule update calls through our client calendar

What can affect pricing of any of these these services:

  • the amount of flowers and types of flowers in each arrangement/bouquet (we start with a set floral “recipe” based on seasons that work within our proposed budgets but can update based on client preferences)

  • increase or decrease in quantities

  • the types of add on services you choose for the day of the event

  • adding rentals outside of those included in the selected package

We offer some well curated rentals for our clients. These details will really make the designs pop and take some work off your plate - specialty table runners, displays for escort cards and dessert stations, custom table numbers, and more.  We want the design and planning process to be as streamlined as possible for you and we’re here to support when you need us! We can also recommend some lovely planners and a mix of other vendors you may need.
